Approx. steelwork
150 tPer month, with platework of 50–100 t per month and project capability up to 800 tons depending on scope.
Structural steel, platework, grating and pipe fabrication, with corrosion protection carried out to client specification. Manufacturing is disciplined and supported by skilled personnel and trusted suppliers.
Detailed steel output for fabrication and erection — taking a project team from a coordinated model to practical workshop and site documentation, produced by people who know how the steel will be built.
Site erection for structural steel projects, supported by experienced personnel and practical project coordination — including fit-up and sequencing support where a programme demands it.
Civil works support for steel projects, where foundations, access, site preparation and installation sequencing have to be coordinated rather than handled by separate parties.

06 / Quality control
Tripcon Manufacturing carries out quality control to meet customer requirements, and fabricates on the latest AWS D1.1 and ASME IX standards. Welding procedures and QCP examples are available on request.
