01 / Workshop to site

One accountable path from model to erected steel.

Tripcon keeps detailing, fabrication knowledge, workshop coordination and erection support inside one team — so a project moves from drawings to installed steel with fewer handover gaps and fewer surprises on site.

02 / Route through the shop

Six stages. One team carrying the drawing.

Every job runs the same route. Because the same team holds the model, the shop drawing and the erection sequence, what leaves the workshop matches what was detailed.

  1. 01

    Design

The brief, the loads and the constraints are worked into a steel solution that can actually be built and erected.

  2. 02

    3D modelling

A coordinated 3D and BIM model, so clashes are found on screen rather than in the workshop or on site.

  3. 03

    Shop detailing

2D drawings, layout drawings and drawing/list outputs detailed by people who know how the steel will be made.

  4. 04

    Manufacturing

Structural steel, platework, grating and pipe fabrication, with corrosion protection applied to client specification.

  5. 05

    Erection

Site erection with fit-up and sequencing support, run by personnel who handled the same steel in the shop.

  6. 06

    QA / QC

Quality control to customer requirements, fabricated on the latest AWS D1.1 and ASME IX standards.

03 / Capabilities

What Tripcon takes on.

Four disciplines, run together rather than subcontracted apart. Each carries the same standard of documentation and the same accountable point of contact.

04 / Detailing output

Resolve it in the model, not on the slab.

Tripcon detailing is produced by people who fabricate. Connections, plate sizes and erection sequence are checked in the model, so shop drawings arrive at the workshop already buildable.
